Dear Sirs,
After 32 years of active service at PMPE I retired. As many know me, I am a specialist in public procurement and procurement, with experience in the PMPE Logistics Support Board (DAL) and PMPE Public Teller and Pernambuco State Secretariat of Social Defense (SDS). I must also stress my passage as a crier in the Pernambuco Prison System and as an assistant to the Secretary.
In civil life I am an economist at the Federal University of Pernambuco and a Public Safety Specialist at PUCRS, as well as being a Google editor, through the blog “The World of Public Procurement”, an interaction tool. I have a social circle in all states of the federation, with experience in large government purchasing centers. Thus, as a new challenge, I am available for consultancy in the area of procurement and contracts in all spheres of government, commercial representations and sales force training.
I can act as a consultant in tenders and public contracts composing the sales force of your company with the bidding processes (any modality), preparing administrative appeals, challenges to bidding documents, giving opinions on imports, exports, requests for economic and financial balance, analysis proposals, documentation, samples and notices.
